Civil aircraft demand reliable, light-weight solutions engineered for precision control and reliable connectivity, designed in compliance with DO-160, DO-178, and DO-254. DDC solutions meeting these requirements include power control, motor control, motion feedback, and data networking.



Data Connectivity


DDC has a wide assortment of quality ARINC 429 embedded and lab grade boards, LRUs, and components, to serve your data conversion and data interface needs. DDC's ARINC 429 components ensure the accurate and reliable transfer of flight-critical data. Our 429 interfaces support data bus development, validation, and the transfer of flight-critical data aboard commercial aerospace platforms.


DDC has been awarded a contract by The Boeing Company to provide the ARINC 629 Plastic Optical Converter (APOC) for use on the Boeing 777X. The APOC is a Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) that contains an array of Optical Media Converters (OMCs) that convert electrical ARINC 629 signals from each system LRU into optical signals that can communicate on a Passive Optical Network (PON) using Plastic Optical Fiber (POF).

DO-254 Certifiable MIL-STD-1553

DDC also offers DO-254 certifiable MIL-STD-1553 interfaces, such as the ACE family of products which have extensive in-service history, and that are supported by detailed documentation packages, as well as DDC’s proven performance, experience, and reliability. For MIL-STD-1553 components, DDC can supply a documentation package that provides data specific to the aspects of certification in accordance with RTCA/DO-254 Level A.



DDC's high-reliability motor controllers, drives and position feedback solutions drive and control the motion of flight critical surfaces, landing gear, satcom, waste removal systems, in-cabin seat actuation, and other applications.

DDC also designs compact and configurable Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) motor controllers, based upon customer defined requirements, for demanding high reliability aerospace applications, including those requiring DO-254, DO-160, and/or DO-178 certifications.

Our power conversion products are the first choice for power with In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC). Pascall is renowned within the aerospace industry for producing high performance and high reliability cabin and electronics bay power solutions. Our products are currently used in applications such as seat boxes, media file servers, satcom antennas, passenger display screens, direct broadcast satellite TV, cellular phone communications & USB charging for portable electronic devices, with high power capability.
