Los Angeles, California (Wednesday, May 9th) — Data Device Corporation’s (DDC’s) Product Line Director for Custom Microelectronic Solutions, Joseph Castaldo, will present “Considerations for 3-D Multi-Chip Modules for High Reliability Applications ”, to attendees at the 22nd Annual Components for Military & Space Electronics (CMSE) Conference & Exhibition 2018. Mr. Castaldo is a 29 year veteran of the high reliability microelectronics field and has previously presented at Space Parts Working Group, Space Power Workshop, NASA’s Battery Workshop, IMAPs Technical Workshops as well as CMSE. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Technology Degree in Electro Computer Mechanical Technology.
