Custom Solutions
The use of QUIK-CLIK couplers can reduce the number of connectors and solder joints in the network thereby improving reliability significantly. This unique concept for data bus couplers and terminators offer MIL-STD-1553 users a new flexibility in data bus networks. Bus networks can be designed with simple “T” connectors where stubs are required. When the bus is completed the couplers can be “clicked” on as you would any other cable. Although the standard stocked units are manufactured with MIL-C-17/176-00002 cable, a variety of different cables, including quadrax cable, can be specified. Couplers can also be ordered with your choice of connectors installed at either end. Stocked units have 3 meter (9+ feet) leads with pig tails. Other lengths are available on special order with fast turn around.
