Bohemia, New York - Data Device Corporation (DDC) demonstrated their dataSIMS real-time data simulation and analysis software during the AutoTestCon Tradeshow in Huntsville, Alabama. The focus of the demo was the New 32-bit dataSIMS Software presented by Ross Reibel, Sr. Application Engineer and Peter Nicholas, Field Applications Engineer for Data Device Corporation. Emphasizing the most cost effective turn-key data analysis & simulation tools available in the today's market.
Demonstrated were the features that permit the users the ability to simulate monitor and analysis data capture from MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429 and other IO devices. Highlighting the high degree of flexibility of dataSIMS that allows for the user to create a custom environment tailored to their project needs. Key focus was on the new software that offers a modernized user interface, making extensive use of drag and drop capabilities. Illustrating how the user can create custom Virtual Control Panels for visualization and entry of data based on an ActiveX interface. In addition, Ross covered the powerful nature of the software and its ability to control Bus Traffic and unique Playback features.
