&lt;strong&gt;Description:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Responsible for electrical, mechanical, material and process design and implementation for magnetic components, transformers, conductors, and related assemblies&lt;br /&gt;
2. Generates costing information, and seeks to provide the most cost effective design.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Acts as direct liaison with customers for quotations, proposals, and technical support.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Responsible for direct involvement on offshore ventures and subcontractors (evaluation and implementation).&lt;br /&gt;
5. Specifies test parameters on projects. Oversees and creates documentation (mfg. Traveler, build packages, etc.)&lt;br /&gt;
6. Provides technical support/assistance to all departments within the company regarding magnetic assembly.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Expedites projects and prototypes.&lt;br /&gt;
8. Troubleshoots process and/or test parameters.&lt;br /&gt;
9. Make technical presentations to customers that directly support the winning of new business for Beta. This may require travel to the customer&amp;rsquo;s location.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;
&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, and/or Natural Sciences with coursework in electromagnetics&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of the physics of magnetics and basic electronic principles.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Ability to communicate clearly and work with customers and manufacturing personnel.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;2-5&amp;nbsp;years of experience in the design engineering field&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;Perform janitorial services clean and maintain manufacturing clean room environment and facilities as instructed by department supervisor/lead&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Work to maintenance schedules/specifications. Follow written and verbal instructions to maintain and/or repair plant facilities&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;May lift 25-50lbs and up to 100lbs with the assistance of others or using appropriate equipment to lift&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Clean and maintain parking areas and planting beds using gas-powered equipment (leaf blower, parking lot vac) when necessary&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Perform preventative maintenance cleaning tasks as instructed by supervisor/lead&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Pick-up all shredding and recycling materials located throughout the facilities. Use of industrial shredder to properly dispose of sensitive materials&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;Cleaning and distribution of Hybrid trays&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Collect waste solvents and replenish supplies throughout all facilities as required including monthly kitchen grease disposal&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Operate necessary hand and battery powered tools to accomplish tasks&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Respond to plant emergencies (snow removal/flooding etc) at the request of the department lead/supervisor&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;Weekly cleaning of Hybrid ovens using designated cleaning agents&lt;/li&gt;
