DDC creates long-term partnerships with its customers through our worldwide network of Application Engineers, Field Application Engineers, and Account Service Executives. Together they provide continuous customer support before and after the sale, as partners in the implementation and success of each customer's project.
Application Engineers provide our customers with direct application-specific support ranging from providing design information and support to resolving customers' technical problems. The application engineering team consists of talented engineers with hardware, software, and system design expertise. In addition to direct technical assistance, the application engineers develop datasheets, application notes, manuals and other documents that have assisted our worldwide customers to achieve their design requirements.
Field Application Engineers provide global, on-site support for our customers. With immediate access to DDC's application engineering and sales resources, these field engineers establish and nurture a support network between DDC and our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, application specific solutions, and project success.
Our Account Service Executives, having direct experience with all aspects of product procurement, fabrication, and design, coordinate the customer support team, ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are effectively attended to. As channels between DDC and the customer, our Account Service Executives remain with the customer as they progress from initial inquiry to application, handling issues ranging from defining military standards, and providing product specific information to arranging for customer consultations with an Applications Engineer. This support includes assisting customers with product selection, supplying interface diagrams, and reviewing customer designs.
