Scalable, Multi-Protocol Connectivity
Compact Avionics Interface Computer

Since its introduction in 2016, the BU-67125W Compact Avionics Interface Computer (AIC-C) has been designed into a wide range of ground vehicle, aircraft and unmanned system applications, including mission control, avionics testing and equipment upgrades utilizing new protocols not currently deployed on the platform.

The Compact Avionics Interface Computer is a scalable, multi-protocol connectivity solution that serves both rugged embedded and test development needs, including...

  • Seamless protocol conversion that enables the efficient addition of avionic subsystems utilizing bus protocols not currently supported by the platform's data network.
  • Remote access to all avionics nodes, for all bus protocols on the platform network, via Ethernet.
  • (2) Mini-PCIe sites and an I/O expansion module enable connectivity with:
    • Ethernet
    • MIL-STD-1553
    • ARINC 429/717
    • CANbus 2.0/ARINC 825
    • RS-232/422/485
    • Avionics/Digital Discrete I/O
    • Wifi
    • GPS
    • Bluetooh
    • Video
    • Power
    • Motion Control
